Are You A Real Gamer?

The following list of questions was prepared to determine whether or not a person is a real gamer or just an everyday player. Select each entry to which you are honestly able to answer "Yes".

Have you made up a character for a role playing game, knowing you did not plan to play the game?
Have you ever purchased a game system which you did not expect to play?
Do you own over half of the rules, supplements, and/or scenario books for at least one game system?
Can you carry on a conversation where the only subject is one game system?
Can you measure the width of the rules, supplements, and scenario books you own in feet?
Do you read rule systems just for fun, as background, or for reference?
Can you compare and contrast the latest release and an older version of at least one game system?
Do you go into a game store to kill time?
Have you ever received a phone call while at a game store (on their phone)?
Have you ever given someone the phone number to a game store as a contact location?
Do food delivery persons think your address is the same as the local game store?
Have you ever slept in a game store?
When getting change from your pocket or purse, do you have to sort out the dice to get to the coins?
Would the loss of your dice bag be a major financial blow?
Have you ever thrown a die away because it "just won't roll the right numbers?"
Do you become agitated if someone looks like they are going to touch your dice?
Do you sincerely believe that there are people who are abnormally lucky or unlucky when rolling dice?
Do you own miniatures for a game you have never played?
Do you own miniatures for a game for which you do not own the rules?
Have you ever purchased a novel or a computer game because it was based on a game system you liked?
Have you ever purchased artwork that was related to a game system?
When someone says the word "race" are you as likely to think "elf" or "dwarf" as "black" and "white'"?
Have you ever crossed state, province, or national boundaries to play a game?
Are you able to define the terms "D4", "D6", "D8", "D10", "D12", "D20", and "Percentile Dice"?
Do you hate Games Workshop?
Have you ever been accused of being a gamer by two or more gamers?
Have you ever been injured in a gaming accident (ex. stabbed while cleaning a miniature, lean on a unit of spearmen, etc.)?
Do you have at least one game in your car or on your person most of the time?
Have you ever added your own home rules to an already published game?
Do you keep the data sheets for "dead" characters?
Do you consider games like Monopoly, Checkers, or Bridge to be games for "common folks"?
Have you ever created a role playing character based on yourself?
Have you ever envied someone else's miniature painting abilities?
Do you own at least one set of specialty dice (i.e., dice which have something other than numbers on them)?
Can you name six different games, and the companies which manufacturer them?
Do you own at least half of the issues of any one gaming related magazine?
Have you ever taken a test to see if you are a real gamer (oops, this one counts, and guarantees at least one "yes" answer, doesn't it)?
