Battletech is a fantasy science fiction game played as a board game or a miniatures game. Set in the 31st century, humanity has spread far into the stars, and taken its incessant warfare with it. Giant humanoid-like war machines known as Battlemechs, or simply 'Mechs, are the prime combat units.
This web site has been created to allow players in my campaign to track the status of their units, to allow others to see what has gone on in the campaign, and generally to document our play in the Battletech universe.

Even the most unobservant reader will note that I tend to deride and denigrate the Battletech system and its creators, FASA Corporation. I make no apologies for this. The game system and its background story had great potential, but also had serious and easily discerned problems which should have been fixed long ago, but which FASA seemed to studiously ignore. As long as the problems are present, I will take great joy in pointing them out.
